Colm McColgan,General Manager Colm has a Bachelor of Engineering (Industrial) from the University College Galway (Ireland) and a Master of Computer Science from the University of Ulster. He is also a APMG/UKAS PRINCE2 Practitioner. Colm has several years strategic/operational management of high technology organisations in a European wide context. Rocio Rubio Centeno,Business Development Officer Rocio has an MSc Economics and Business Administration, University of Valladolid and an MA Marketing, University of Ulster. Marion Boyce,Senior Administrator Marion has a BA (Hons) Public Management with specialisms in Local Government from the Institute of Public Administration, Dublin, a National Certificate in Business Studies, and Information Technology Skills from Letterkenny Institute of Technology. Trained in Public Sector Procurement, PRINCE2 and a Microsoft Office User Specialist. Caitriona Strain,Project Manager Caitriona has a MSc Computing & Design, BSc(Hons) Applied Computing, Diploma of Industrial Studies and qualifications in Operations Management, Supervisory Management and Training Practice. PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner and Associate of BCS, CMI and CIPD. Caitriona win a UK-wide Information Technology award in 2001. She has expertise in project management, Mobile, Wireless, Internet & Location Aware technologies, Systems Development lifecycle, Change & Quality Management, Process Improvement, as well as an indepth knowledge of SME's and technology transfer. caitriona.strain@ernact.net
